Food & Grocery Seller Terms & Conditions

1. Seller Eligibility

• Seller must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid GST Registration, PAN, Bank Account, KYC, and FSSAI License are mandatory.
• Seller must provide accurate business information.

2. FSSAI Compliance

• Every Food & Grocery seller must possess a valid FSSAI License or Registration.
• Expired, suspended, or cancelled FSSAI licenses are not permitted.
• Sellers are responsible for complying with all Food Safety regulations in India.

3. Product Quality

• Only genuine, fresh, safe, and legally approved food products may be listed.
• Expired, damaged, contaminated, adulterated, or unsafe products are strictly prohibited.
• Products must comply with FSSAI standards and applicable Indian laws.

4. Product Listing

• Product name, images, ingredients, nutritional information, MRP, net quantity, manufacturing date, expiry date, and shelf life must be accurate.
• Misleading descriptions or fake product images are prohibited.

5. Packaging

• Products must be hygienically packed.
• Packaging must prevent leakage, contamination, and damage during transportation.
• Tamper-proof packaging is recommended.

6. Inventory Management

• Sellers must maintain accurate stock.
• Out-of-stock products should be updated immediately.
• Repeated cancellations due to stock unavailability may result in account suspension.

7. Dispatch & Delivery

• Orders must be dispatched within the prescribed timeline.
• Products must have sufficient remaining shelf life at the time of dispatch.
• Sellers must follow SanRaj Primium shipping and packaging guidelines.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Returns will be accepted only according to the platform's Return Policy.
• Perishable food items may not be eligible for return unless damaged, defective, incorrect, expired, or unsafe.
• Refunds will be processed after successful verification.

9. Prohibited Products

The following products are strictly prohibited:

• Expired food products
• Adulterated food
• Fake branded products
• Unlicensed food items
• Banned food products
• Alcohol and tobacco products (unless legally permitted by applicable laws)
• Products prohibited under Indian law

10. Seller Responsibilities

• Maintain food safety and hygiene.
• Ensure correct product information.
• Ensure timely dispatch.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints.
• Maintain valid FSSAI registration throughout the selling period.

11. Payments

• Seller payments will be settled according to the platform settlement cycle after deducting applicable commission, taxes, returns, refunds, and other approved deductions.

12. Account Suspension

SanRaj Primium may suspend or permanently terminate seller accounts for:

• Selling expired products
• Fake or counterfeit food products
• FSSAI violations
• Fraudulent activities
• Repeated customer complaints
• Policy violations
• Illegal business practices

13. Food Safety Compliance

• Sellers shall comply with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, FSSAI regulations, Legal Metrology requirements, and other applicable laws.
• Sellers are solely responsible for the safety, quality, legality, and compliance of their products.

14. Limitation of Liability

SanRaj Primium acts only as an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. Sellers remain solely responsible for product quality, food safety, legal compliance, warranties, and customer satisfaction.

15. Policy Updates

SanRaj Primium reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
