Seller Terms & Conditions

1. Seller Eligibility

• Seller must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid KYC, PAN, GST (if applicable), and Bank Account details are mandatory.
• Seller must provide accurate and genuine business information.

2. Product Listing

• Only genuine and legal products are allowed.
• Counterfeit, duplicate, prohibited, or illegal products are strictly prohibited.
• Product images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing must be accurate.

3. Pricing

• Sellers are responsible for setting product prices.
• Prices must comply with applicable tax laws.
• Artificial price manipulation is prohibited.

4. Inventory Management

• Sellers must maintain accurate stock availability.
• Out-of-stock products must be updated immediately.
• Frequent order cancellations due to stock issues may lead to account suspension.

5. Order Fulfilment

• Orders must be packed securely.
• Orders must be dispatched within the platform's specified timeline.
• Sellers must follow SanRaj Primium shipping policies.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Eligible return requests must be accepted as per the platform's Return Policy.
• Refunds will be processed after successful return verification.
• Returned products must be unused and in original condition.

7. Prohibited Products

The following products are strictly prohibited:

• Counterfeit or fake products
• Illegal goods
• Weapons or explosives
• Narcotics or banned substances
• Adult products
• Hazardous materials
• Products prohibited under Indian law

8. Payments

• Seller payments will be settled according to the platform settlement cycle.
• Platform commission, taxes, returns, and applicable deductions will be adjusted before settlement.

9. Seller Responsibilities

• Maintain product quality.
• Provide correct product information.
• Respond to customer queries promptly.
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws.

10. Account Suspension

SanRaj Primium reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

• Fake or counterfeit products
• Fraudulent activities
• Excessive order cancellations
• Policy violations
• Repeated customer complaints
• Illegal business practices

11. Intellectual Property

• Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products do not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

SanRaj Primium acts only as an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. Sellers remain solely responsible for product quality, warranty, legal compliance, and customer satisfaction.

13. Policy Updates

SanRaj Primium reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
